John L. Keyse-Walker
John L. Keyse-Walker obtained his undergraduate
degree from the College of Wooster in 1978. He obtained his law
degree from Duke University in 1981 and was admitted to the Ohio
Bar that same year. He was also admitted to practice in the United
States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio in 1983
and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit in
1992. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa, the Lorain County and Ohio
State Bar Associations. He is a former president and member of the
Executive Committee of the Lorain County Bar Association. He devotes
his practice to Business Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Real
Estate Law, Employment Relations Law, and School Law.

Kevin Wm. Donovan
Kevin Wm. Donovan obtained his undergraduate
degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1970.
He obtained his law degree from Boston University in 1973 and was
admitted to the Massachusetts Bar that same year. He was also admitted
to the Ohio Bar in 1983, the Colorado Bar in 1985, the United States
District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, U.S. Court of
Military Appeals and U.S. Tax Court. He is a former Air Force Judge
Advocate and Assistant Professor, Department of Law, U.S. Air Force
Academy. He is a member of the Lorain County, Ohio State and American
Bar Associations. He devotes his practice to Business Acquisitions,
Succession Planning, Business Organizations and Tax Exempt Organization
Law.

Stephen P. Chavez
Stephen P. Chavez obtained his Bachelor
of Business Administration degree from Kent State University in
1988. He became a Certified Public Accountant in 1990. He obtained
his law degree from the University of Akron in 1994 and his Master
of Laws in Taxation from the University of Florida in 1995. He
was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1995. He also has been admitted
to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern
District of Ohio. He is a member of the Lorain
County, Ohio State and
American Bar Associations. He devotes his practice to Estate Planning,
Probate, Business Succession Planning, Business Organizations, Tax

Howard T. Lane
Howard
T. Lane obtained his undergraduate degree from Ohio Wesleyan University
in 1990. He obtained his law degree from Cleveland Marshall College
of Law in 1993 and was admitted to the Ohio Bar in that same year.
He is also admitted to practice before the United States District
Court for the Northern District of Ohio and the United States Court
of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He is a member of the Lorain County
and Ohio State Bar Associations. He devotes his practice to Commercial
Litigation, Landlord-Tenant Law, Employment Relations and Creditors

Robert
White
Robert White
obtained his undergraduate degree from Cleveland State University
in 1987. He obtained his law degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of
Law in 1991 and was admitted to the Ohio Bar that same year. He has also
been admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern
District of Ohio and the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
He was elected Carlisle Township Trustee in 2003 and is a member
of the EMH Regional Medical Center Board of Directors and the Lorain County Rural Water Authority Board of Trustees. He is a member
of the Ohio State, Lorain County and Cleveland Bar Associations
and focuses his practice in the area of business law, with a special
concentration in employment law, labor law and workers' compensation
law.

Brett
D. Wieber obtained his undergraduate degree from Bowling Green State
University where he graduated cum laude in 1998. He obtained his
law degree from the University of Akron in 2001 and was admitted

Kristina King
obtained her undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University
in 1997.She obtained her law degree from Cleveland-Marshall College

the firm, she was a Trust Officer at a national bank. She is a member
of the Committee for the Women's Fund of the Community Foundation of Greater Lorain County, North Coast Estate Planning Council, the Lorain County and
